A principle feature of our Governmental Relations Practice is our involvement with State Attorneys General. Over the past two decades, we have represented State Attorneys General and their states in litigation, as well as representing corporate clients in matters involving State Attorneys General. Additionally, in 2013, RRH&A, Managing Partner, Randy Hopper, created and implemented one of the first State Attorneys General Courses and Clinical Programs in the country, at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Hopper taught the course as an Adjunct Professor of Law.
