Kristina M. Schultz

Profile

As a paralegal who has quickly built a successful career path, Kristina Schultz supports RRH&A attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and settlement negotiations or trial. She assists with document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, deposition preparation, mediation preparation,  and hearing and trial preparation.   Ms. Schultz also assists the attorneys and the firm in all non-litigation matters, as well as assisting the managing partner in academic affairs.  Additionally, Ms. Schultz manages the firm’s human resources department and is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of most support functions of the firm.  Her love of legal research, proficient legal writing skills and exceptional people skills make her a valuable asset to RRH&A and our clients.

Ms. Schultz received her B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, after which she returned to school to get a Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Inver Hills Community College, where she graduated with a 4.0 G.P.A.
